1. What is DynamicLockscreen?
DynamicLockscreen is a macOS utility designed to transform your Mac's lock screen into a rich, interactive display. It shows media controls, system alerts (sound, brightness, power status), notifications, and widgets — all beautifully integrated into the native lock screen experience.
2. Is this developed by Apple?
No. DynamicLockscreen is developed by independent creators. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. Any references to macOS features are purely for descriptive and comparative purposes.

Licensing and Purchases

3. What kind of license do I receive?
You receive a one-time purchase for a perpetual (lifetime) license. This license is non-exclusive and intended for personal use on a single Mac. If you switch to a new Mac, your license is fully transferable — simply contact support and we'll move it over for you.
4. What does "perpetual (lifetime) license" mean?
It means the license grants you the right to use the Software indefinitely, and it includes all future updates for the current major version of the software. "Lifetime" refers to the supported life of the Software product.
5. How many devices can I use the software on?
Your license permits the Software to be actively used on one device at a time.
6. How does the license verification work?
Activation sends a one-way hash of your License ID and a non-personal Hardware ID to our server. This creates a secure lock between your key and your Mac. No personal data, location, or usage statistics are ever transmitted.
7. What if I buy a new Mac? How do I transfer my license?
Your license is technically bound to your Mac's hardware ID for security, but it is fully transferable. If you upgrade to a new Mac or have your logic board replaced, you do not need to buy a new license. Simply contact support to reset your key.

8. Does DynamicLockscreen collect my personal data or track my usage?
No. DynamicLockscreen does not collect or transmit usage data, telemetry, or analytics related to your activities within the App. The only data we collect are the identifiers (License ID and Device ID) strictly necessary for license management.
9. What is your Refund Policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase — no questions asked. Any refunded purchase will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your license.
