By purchasing, downloading, or using DynamicLockscreen ("the Software") provided by DynamicHorizonApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant and Scope

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single macOS device per license purchased. This license is valid for the lifetime of the Software product. "Lifetime" means as long as we continue to support and update the Software, and does not refer to your personal lifetime or the lifetime of your device.

Your purchase is verified using a License Identifier (Customer ID) and a Device Identifier (Unique Hardware ID) of your Mac.

This license permits the Software to be actively used on one device at a time.

The Software is protected by copyright laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in this TOS.

You acknowledge that the Software uses system APIs and proprietary system behavior, and we are not liable for any changes to the operating system that may impact the Software's functionality.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data), arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please contact support to request a refund. Any refunded purchase will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your License Identifier.
