Welcome to DynamicLockscreen, a utility designed exclusively for macOS. Our goal is to enhance your Mac lock screen experience by making it responsive, interactive, and beautiful — showing media, system, and notification alerts dynamically.
Your privacy is paramount. This Policy is based on the principle of privacy by design, ensuring that data collection is strictly limited to what is necessary for license verification and security. DynamicLockscreen does not collect or transmit usage data, telemetry, or analytics related to your activities within the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined below.

The only information collected relates to licensing and access management.
License Identifier (Customer ID): This ID is generated by our payment processor (Paddle) upon purchase. Its sole purpose is to identify you as a purchaser and verify the validity of your license status. It is stored in a secure, private database.
Device Identifier (Unique Hardware ID): This ID is a non-personal, hardware identifier of your Mac. Its sole purpose is to associate the license with one specific device for license enforcement. It is stored in a secure, private database, mapped to your License Identifier.
Transaction Information (e.g., Email, Payment Method): This information is collected and processed only by the payment provider (Paddle) to finalize the purchase and send the receipt. We do not store or process your payment details.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used exclusively for:
- License Validation: Verifying your status as a paid user during initial activation and periodic license checks.
- Access Management: Ensuring continuous access to the full features of the App on your authorized device.
4. Third-Party Services Involved
We rely on specialized third-party services exclusively for our licensing infrastructure and updates.
Paddle (Payment Processor): Manages all purchase transactions and securely transfers your License Identifier to our server upon successful payment.
License Verification Server: Our server handles secure communication to verify your license status.
Update Server: Used solely to host update files via Sparkle. This service does not interact with personal data.
5. Data Security and Transmission
Your License Identifier is stored locally on your Mac to avoid repetitive manual entry. Data transmission between the App and our verification server is encrypted and occurs only for license checks.
6. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data held by us. To request permanent deletion, contact us using the information in Section 7.
